Some of the work from my vis II class. We wrote a script the first week, and the rest of the quarter was spent drawing, and redrawing the same script 4 different times, learning how to manipulate the viewer by changing angles/panels. One of the last assignments was to create 2 covers.
representational/design hybrid cover. |
design cover. oh, teddy. |
and then we inked one of our own. |
The final for my storyboarding class, recreating different kinds of shot calls by using existing ones we were given. The example I was assigned was strange and foreign and the people looked like they were rollerskating down a hall
I hate zombies, and creepy things, and horror movies. Fear, in general, is not an emotion I enjoy. I'm taking baby steps to get myself out of this mindset. So I went for a post apocalyptic abandoned hospital...thing. Originality is my genetic makeup.
There were very few shots in the example I was given. 4 storyboards was all it took. I don't know why they turned out blueish when I uploaded them...
More storyboards from my advanced storyboarding class. We had to research some rad sword fights/duels, and create our own light saber battle.
There are a few other things I could add. But some stuff I'm not sure if I'm allowed to. If any of you read all the descriptive long-winded ramblings, bless you.
Summer school starts in a week or so, and I've got lots of things to prep for AFO in August! Hard to get motivated in the summer. All I wanna do is nap in the afternoon and eat pizza...
